The Procurement & Electronics Assembly department translates electronic designs into concrete products such as PCBs and housings, cabling, and measurement setups.

The electronic engineers in this department are responsible for assembling these products. They have access to equipment such as microscopes and advanced soldering stations, PCB assembly equipment for one-offs and small series, and rework and inspection equipment. Some of the work takes place in the cleanroom. In all cases, quality is paramount.
